**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Confluence for tracking progress.
- Implement change management processes to adapt to evolving project requirements.
- Oversee vendor management and negotiate contracts to ensure quality deliverables.
- Conduct risk management assessments to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders through regular updates and presentations.
- Ensure adherence to quality management standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders to inform project planning and execution.
- Analyze data related to project performance using tools like SAS and Excel for informed decision-making.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in IT project management with a strong background in program management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Salesforce is a plus.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and budgeting.
- Proficient in data collection and analysis, with experience using Visio for process mapping.
- Knowledge of PMBOK guidelines and various project management methodologies such as Kanban and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $25.08 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
