**Role**

You are a highly motivated and hands-on individual who will join our Electrical Team who owns the industrial control systems building process. You will be responsible for the assembly of control panels and wiring of field devices for a new generation of high speed, automated manufacturing equipment. You will interpret electrical schematics and device layout drawings, handle point-to-point wiring and field wiring of machine control devices with some travel for machine installation and commissioning support.

**Responsibilities**
- Electrical wiring of machinery, control panels and field control devices.
- Manufacture cables and harnesses
- Assemble and install moderately complex electronic/electrical devices.
- Troubleshoot and isolate faults in the electrical and control systems.
- Propose solutions and alternate approaches to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.

**Requirements**:

- College level diploma, electrical technician or technologist or mechatronics.
- Strong background in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Hands-on experience of panel building and cable harness wiring.
- Experience with electromechanical systems such as: pumps, blowers, sensors, valves, and compressors.
- Hands-on experience working with automation and processing equipment.
- Hands-on experience of using hand tools (drills, punchouts, heat guns, soldering iron etc.)
- Knowledge of automation, industrial, processing equipment and complex electrical systems.
- Knowledge of Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to travel
