**What you Offer**:

- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving abstract.
- 2+ years Experience as a Service Advisor.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain peak CSI scores.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness and motivation to exceed sales goals.
- Ability to explain complicated automotive concepts to customers who may not be familiar with industry terminology.

**Duties include**:

- Greeting guests in an effective, timely manner with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Explaining the type of service work being performed in detail to guests, while identifying and recommending any potential services required.
- Keeping guests informed of the vehicle status through every step of the service visit.
- Ensure invoices and accounts are accurate, paid, and closed.
- Processing work orders
- Invoicing and cashing out guests while clearly explaining the details of work performed with associated costs.
- Conducting follow-ups with guests after service.
- Maintaining necessary product, service knowledge training.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Mono, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
