Embroidery Machinist

Times Designs is a small family-owned company providing Embroidery, Custom Print Vinyl and a Purolator and FedEx Agent. We are looking for a person who is reliable and is excellent at customer service.

You should be a skilled Embroidery Machinist capable of operating a Tajima Two Head Embroidery Machine. A great embroidery machinist must have great manual dexterity and problem-solving skills. The goal is to ensure that production procedures are carried out efficiently and accurately so that the company can grow with the industry.

**Essential Duties**
- Ensure that machines are running correctly without problems.
- Setup machine and equipment to embroider customers orders.
- Maintain quality standards and follow procedures.
- Perform machine maintenance and repairs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Willing to learn shipping and other customer services we provide to our clients.
- Train staff/Workers in job duties, safety procedures etc.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience with Tajima Embroidery Machine is required and a must have.
- Familiarity with Tajima Pulse and/or Brother Software is a must have.
- Team player with excellent customer service spirit.

**Experience**:

- Embroidery: 1 year (preferred)
