Precision Well Servicing is currently seeking an **Financial Analyst** to join our team

Our teams have returned to our office facilities, and remote work is not available for this role.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
This position will assist the Sr. Financial Analyst and Controller with operational finance objectives. Primary duties include collecting, monitoring, and assessing data to provide recommended actions.
- Preparation and distribution of monthly financial reporting packages
- Review monthly rig financial statements
- Coordinate month end activities
- Work together with Accounts Payable, Billings and Accounting staff to ensure revenue and costs are accounted for accurately
- Monthly analysis and reconciliation of General Ledger accounts
- Synthesize, organize and interpret data
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of quarterly and annual budgets
- Evaluate daily and monthly bank reconciliations, as well as daily cashed cheque uploads
- Review and maintain rig review guidelines, updating staff of relevant changes to policy/procedures
- Prepare monthly rig review allocation entries
- Explore, recommend and establish processes, procedures and reporting to improve existing accounting systems for smoother and more efficient operational functions
- Subject matter expert in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Develops, maintain, and implementation of new MS Dynamics reports and modules
- Prepare complete year end corporate audit working paper files
- Collaborate with the tax department to provide relevant and timely tax information
- Liaison with KPMG auditors on quarterly and yearly basis
- Assist the Internal Auditor with maintaining internal controls
- Preparation of monthly forecasted cash and capital management
- Assist Payroll department with creating and posting payroll entries
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills
- High level of leadership capabilities
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
- Ability to collect, interpret, extract, and present data
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- ERP experience (MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle or similar programs)
- Demonstrated ability to keep up with changing technology and the aptitiude to learn new technology
- Proficient in Financial modeling techniques
- High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

The Precision Well Servicing team is responsible for well completions, workovers, and abandonments. We use a variety of service rigs that are suited to each scope of work. The wells are located in the Western Canada Sedimentary Basin which includes Northern BC, Northwest Territories, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
