Carwash Supervisor

Location: 116 Bond St W, Oshawa

Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Carwash Supervisor at our Popular Car Wash in Oshawa. As a Carwash Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of the facility, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time, long-term permanent position with guaranteed hours and pay.

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise Car Wash Operations:

- Oversee the daily operations of the car wash facility
- Ensure that all bays are consistently cleaned, maintained, and fully operational.
- Troubleshoot and address any hardware or technological issues promptly.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of 7-10 staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.
- Train new staff members on car wash procedures, customer service, and safety protocols.
- Help team to clean and detail cars.
- Check each car before leaving & Maintain Quality Standards.

Facility Management:

- Take responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of the car wash facility and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any repairs or maintenance needs.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and car wash products, placing orders as required.

Customer Service:

- Assist customers with any questions, concerns, or problems they may have.
- Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Provide guidance and assistance to the team in delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
- Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Trustworthy and punctual, with a high level of responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
