We're hiring a **Social Media Coordinator** who’s not only creative and digitally savvy but also comfortable working in hands-on construction settings—including rooftops when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute a consistent social media strategy to grow our online presence.
- Visit job sites regularly to capture photos, videos, and real-time updates—even from rooftops or elevated areas (PPE and safety training provided).
- Create, edit, and post content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with project managers, crew members, and leadership to showcase work, company values, and milestones.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies to increase reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on trends in social media, construction, and digital marketing.
- **Requirements**:

- Prior experience managing professional or brand social media accounts.
- Strong photo/video capture and basic editing skills (tools like Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.).
- Comfortable working in construction environments and at heights (on roofs, ladders, scaffolding, etc.).
- Understanding of PPE and willingness to follow all on-site safety protocols.
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and creative mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience with drone photography or aerial content (a plus, not required).
- Familiarity with construction or trades is highly valued.

**Hours**:

- **3-4 hours per day**, or **as needed based on project schedules**:

- **Weekend availability is required**

Flexible, part-time schedule with room to grow

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $1,500.00-$2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
