The team at **Bower Dental**located in **Red Deer, Alberta** is looking for a passionate, hard-working **Registered Dental Assistant** **with Scaling Module** on a full-time basis.

The ideal RDA for our practice values playing their part for the team, to equip the Dentist through providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing the treatment room and dental equipment/instruments for patient arrival.

**SCHEDULE**:

- ** 25-30 hours per week**:

- ** 3 - 4 Days per week - Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday per month**:

- ** 2 evening shifts per week**

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Completion of a Certified/Registered Dental Assisting Level II - With Scaling Module
- Registered or in process of registering with the:

- College of Alberta Dental Assistants
- Experience with dental practice management software such as is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
