We are a busy multi-disciplinary clinic offering Chiropractic Massage Therapy Physiotherapy and Acupuncture—and we are currently seeking a warm organized and enthusiastic Chiropractic Assistant to join our front desk team.

This is a **part time position scheduled Sunday to Tuesday**. Additional **casual hours may be available** to help cover vacation time and staff sick days. This role also offers the **potential to grow into a long term or expanded position** as our clinic continues to evolve.

This is a fast paced patient-facing role ideal for someone who enjoys creating meaningful connections multitasking and being part of a collaborative team. You’ll play a key part in keeping our clinic running smoothly while making every patient feel welcome and supported.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greet and check in patients with warmth professionalism and efficiency
- Manage intake forms direct billing and appointment scheduling
- Prepare treatment rooms and support practitioner flow
- Communicate clearly and kindly with patients regarding services and care
- Keep accurate records while maintaining patient confidentiality
- Assist with follow ups light marketing tasks and administrative duties
- Help maintain a clean organized and welcoming clinic environment
