**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable eyelash styles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with clients in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience.
- Assist at the front desk as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best possible service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong skills in customer service and communication to effectively interact with clients, to understand their preferences and to recommend suitable lash extensions
- Ability to upsell services and retail products to maximize client satisfaction.
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- A passion for beauty and aesthetics, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Must be able to speak and understand the English language

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
