Founded in 2013, Planitar Inc. is the maker of iGUIDE, a proprietary camera and software platform for capturing and delivering accurate floorplans, immersive 3D virtual tours and extensive property data.
iGUIDE is the most efficient system to map interior spaces and features accurate floor plans, measurements, and reliable property square footage. By integrating floor plans and visual data, iGUIDE provides an intuitive and practical way to navigate and explore built environments digitally.

**3+ years of experience in data analysis/data science is required.** Experience working in a start up in the tech space is an asset.
**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Operations, you’ll support the go-to-market and product teams with advanced data analysis. You’ll help us uncover insights about our customers, identify market opportunities through advanced market analytics, support the Product team with deep product usage insights and support with forward-facing modeling for our senior leadership team.
You’ll use your skills in SQL and statistical analysis to uncover trends and patterns that matter. With your expertise in Power BI, you'll create clear and engaging dashboards that make it easy for executives and customer facing teams to build compelling stories from. You’ll also analyze data from HubSpot to measure sales & marketing success and help shape our strategies. By staying updated on industry trends and continuously refining our methods, you'll present your findings in a way that inspires action and fosters collaboration across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Team Collaboration: Partner with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to understand their goals and challenges. Your insights will help shape our strategies and drive success together.
- Data Insights: Dive into the data to uncover hidden gems of insights Use your analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities that can make a real difference for the business.
- Data Hygiene: Ensure all of our data sources and synchronized and accurate
- Visual Storytelling: Create dynamic and interactive dashboards in Power BI that bring data to life. Your visualizations will empower team members to make informed decisions with confidence.
- SQL Analysis: Use your SQL expertise to extract and manipulate data from various sources. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data, so we can trust our analyses.
- Marketing & Sales Effectiveness Insights: Leverage HubSpot data to analyze customer behavior and evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Your findings will help us refine our strategies and boost our impact.
- Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry trends and new technologies. Share your discoveries and innovative ideas to enhance our analytical practices.
- Communicate Findings: Present your insights in a clear and engaging way, sparking discussions that lead to actionable steps. Your ability to connect with stakeholders will help foster a data-driven culture.
**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
**Experience**:3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field. Experience working in a business or marketing context is preferred.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Familiarity with data analytics and statistical analysis tools/languages (e.g., Python, R).
**Analytical Mindset**: Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
**Collaboration**: Experience working in cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster collaboration.
**Adaptability**: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies as the field of data science evolves.
**Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
**Passion for Data**: A genuine interest in data-driven decision-making and a commitment to leveraging data to drive business success.
