Assistant Outlet Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Reporting to the Guest Services and Outlet Manager, the Assistant Outlet Manager is responsible for guiding, coordinating, training and leading the Food and Beverage team in all areas of front of house service for all outlets such as the bar and banquets. They are to assist and oversee all areas of Food and Beverage operation and complete administrative duties as assigned.

**YOUR ROLE**:
- Support Food and Beverage team with daily operations.
- Lead and assist staff with daily service in the Banquets and Bar.
- Assist & oversee all banquet functions.
- Implement up selling programs and promotions to help increase revenue.
- Assist all guests as required providing excellent customer service
- Ensure all beverage service is in accordance with the Smart Serve Program.
- Conduct product knowledge training, e.g. wine and food pairing.
- Oversee training of new staff
- Enforce and adhere to all hotel policies, procedures and standards.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- Previous managerial or supervisory experience
- Previous F&B experience
- Proven ability to multi-task while remaining calm under pressure.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Smart Serve required, Food handler’s certificate an asset
- Must have open availability
