Are you an analytical problem solver with a knack for organization and a talent for clear communication? If so, Indigo Park wants you We're looking for a Casual Costumer Service Representative to bring their skills and enthusiasm. **This is a Casual position that requires open availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with shifts that may be up to 12 hours long.**

**Schedule**

  • Tuesday through Friday

**What Would You Be Doing?**

**Customer Service**

  • Answer calls of general inquiries (i.e.: rates, garage heights)
  • Conduct license plate searches for lost tickets
  • Communicate directly and empathetically to alleviate time-sensitive passengers/customer’s inquiries
  • Triage appropriately by using good judgment, to accelerate incident resolution while balancing competing priorities
  • Respond to customer inquiries ensuring customers receive timely resolution and accurate information;
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service to assist in retaining monthly parking customers;
  • Ensure all customer account information is updated accurately and notes are entered for every transaction;
  • Keep accurate records and update the system with required information;
  • Receive and accurately input customer information;
  • Complete and maintain any required paperwork or filing;
  • Keep up to date with constant changes in workflow.

**What Are We Looking For?**

  • 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Accounting and billing experience (an asset);
  • Strong customer service and people skills, with ability to resolve conflicts;
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
  • Open to change and willing to learn new skills in a constantly changing environment;
  • Ability to meet deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Must have a vehicle
  • Ability to take charge of situations and use good judgment
  • Must be a team player
