We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Superintendent (Live-In) to support our Mississauga Team

**What will you be doing?**

You will report directly to the Property Manager as an integral part of our team. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to multitask will serve you well in this role. Knowledge of computer systems is a must.

**What experience will you bring to the role?**

You will ensure the property is continuously maintained. This is a live-in role, and your customer service experience will be key when it comes to resolving resident issues and responding to day-to-day resident inquiries. You’re a Jack-of-all-trades and you know your way around a four-season residential property. Having experience using Condo Control Software to manage open and close work orders is an asset.

Lastly, you are a people-person; you know how to be a team player and work extremely well with others.
- 2-3 years property maintenance experience, preferably within mature residential high rise complexes;
- Mechanically savvy with an ability to troubleshoot a broad range of minor issues and repairs;
- Team oriented approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Proactively identify and address various issues within the building common areas such as light bulb/light fixture replacement, garbage removal, drywall/plaster repairs, minor leaks/plumbing repairs, pool resting/maintenance, minor electrical work, door closures, lock changes, snow removal, light landscaping and deep cleaning of garbage rooms, bins or other areas as required;
- Responding to resident work orders as directed by the Property Manager via Condo Control such as basic plumbing issues, door repair, pool/ hot tub management, light carpentry, and light general repairs;
- Completing daily maintenance inspections of all mechanical system, and physical areas of the property and recorded in a daily log;
- Addressing on-call emergency schedule in the event of critical situation (i.e. Flood, fire, life threatening, or building wide loss of heat or water);
- Identifying to management capitol repairs that would lead to a reduction in required maintenance and any deficiencies in work completed by third-party contractors;
- Supporting the implementation of special or ad-hoc projects, and complete building inspections.
