**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop effective learning strategies.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
- Utilize various teaching methods and resources to enhance the learning experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working with children in an educational setting, such as tutoring or classroom instruction.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students and parents.
- Ability to educate and motivate students of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching and supporting student success.
- A degree in education or a related field.
