**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the Supervisors who oversee the daily operations of the child care facility, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards.
- Ensure the curriculum that promotes learning and development for children in various age groups is being followed, provide coaching.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality caregiving practices.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff to create a welcoming community atmosphere.
- Conduct regular assessments using environmental tools, creating short and long term goals.
- Organize training sessions for staff on best practices in early childhood education and caregiving techniques.
- Maintain accurate records related to enrollment, attendance, and child development milestones. As well as health and other ministry requirements including Human Resources.

**Requirements**:

- Early Childhood Education Diploma required.
- Proven experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting minimum 2 years.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices in caregiving.
- Ability to educate staff on working with children with disabilities and adapting activities accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with parents, staff, and children.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a positive environment.
- Commitment to creating an inclusive classroom that respects diversity among children and families.
- Leadership experience.

Pay: $55,868.00-$60,000.00 per year
