PAZZO Pizzeria is hiring a skilled LINE COOKS for the PASTA/HOT LINE Immediate start and the shifts vary and range from a daytime start - 10/11am - or afternoon start - 12/2/3. Tips are shared and paid out bi-weekly. Many opportunities for advancement in an established business and a kitchen looking to build a well balanced team.

Kitchen environment is dynamic and organized and there are opportunities for creativity if desired. Food is Italian focused and all made in house. Job duties include prepping the PASTA station, maintaining food quantity levels, cooking properly and efficiently during dinner service, communicating with team, proper sanitation and hygiene, cleaning at the end of the night and writing proper prep lists for morning team.

Inquiries will have an in person interview, so have questions ready Those considered after the interview will have a trial/working interview to have an opportunity to see the kitchen structure and style of food, and will be assessed before commitments are made.
