POSITION OVERVIEW
CHALLENGES TO BE MET- Ensure adequate communication of the product vision and roadmap for CRM migration project.- Evaluate the value of the work and prioritize to ensure the team focuses on the highest value items aligned with the product vision.- Identify issues to be resolved, collaborate on developing business requirements to prioritize them.- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders to realize the product vision.- Be the go-to person for information (business or technical, depending on the context) about the project.- Work in an agile environment and continuously review operational needs, refine priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks based on evolving stakeholder needs- Track and communicate the team’s progress to interested stakeholders, which may include teaching them how to access and understand the team’s dashboard.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- University degree in Business Administration or IT/Computer Science or any other related field- 5 years of experience as a Product Owner- Recent experience with Microsoft Dynamics Cloud migration project- Experience with Azure Devop & power platform would be considered an asset.- PSPO certification is an asset, as well as experience in the banking sector- Experience and in-depth knowledge of agile & DevOps processes and principles- Experience in developing CRM tools and financing modules, including their ecosystems - an asset.- Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., developers, QA, BA, Scrum Master, etc.)- Interest in the evolving needs of entrepreneurs and the realities of their ecosystems- Recognized skills in stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where objectives must be met within tight deadlines and sometimes with incomplete data- Growth-oriented, always curious to learn, and accustomed to problem-solving mode- Bilingual in English and French.
