**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Construct and assemble walls, floors, and roofs.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete framing tasks.
- Concrete forming as required for various projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety on the job site.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while performing duties.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a carpenter or framer with a strong understanding of construction processes. Being able to think on your feet to figure out the best solution as there are many ways to frame houses.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading is essential.
- Familiarity with concrete forming techniques is preferred.
- Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.
- Valid drivers license with vehicle as you may be needed at multiple sites in the same day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 3 years (preferred)
