We require the skills of **Machine Operator** _(Non-Posted Bench)_ to join our talented Production Team.
**POSITION REQUIREMENTS**:
- ** Non-posted bench (Machine Operator) rotate between days & nights every 4-6 weeks, depending on production requirements**:
- Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
- Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

- Overtime in excess of 40 hours per week: Saturday and Sunday paid at 1.5x rate
- Shift Premiums
- Day shift an additional $1.13/hr
- Night shift an additional $1.50/hr

**DUTIES**:
- Operate equipment and complete checks to ensure compliance with production, process & quality specifications
- Observe panel indicators, gauges, other instruments to detect equipment and/or product issues
- Record and adhere to quality specifications related to weight, colour and functionality requirements
- Perform additional duties as required by Supervisor in compliance with relevant legislation and safety procedures.
**IDEAL**:
- 18 years of age, and completion of Grade 12 required
- Previous manufacturing experience is an asset with the ability to work safely and productively
- Physically capable of standing for long periods of time with the ability to perform repetitive movements
- Good communication, ability to work as a team, and in cooperation with colleagues on a shift of 35+ people
- Reliable, comfortable with labor-intensive work and have a great attitude
