Hiring for:
**Position**:Warehouse Associate

**Shift/Schedule**:Afternoons (Sunday-Thursday 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

**Location**:Burnaby, B.C.

**Language Requirements**: English

**Start Date**:We are hiring immediately

**Responsibilities**:

- Pick customer orders inside a warehouse environment and complete orders in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
- Operates a Walkie Rider/Electric Pallet Jack to pick, secure, and load orders. Uses Warehouse Management System (voice-to-pick).
- Build stable and well-secured pallets. Pack goods to be shipped and prepare identifying information and shipping instructions.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures; wear appropriate PPE.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Performs all other job duties as assigned by management.

**Working Conditions**:

- Structured shift work; including evenings, statutory holidays, and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. while regularly walking and standing for the duration of the shift
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment

**Qualifications**:
**Education/Certification**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Pallet Jack/Walkie Rider certified considered an asset.

**Experience Required**:

- At least 1 year previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
- Able to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time in a cool, damp environment.
- Certified to operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jack/walkie rider.
- Able to read and correctly interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- High regard for safety.
- Able to safely operate pallet jacks/walkie rider.
