**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Proactively conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Develop and implement effective pest management plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatment details and follow-up recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention strategies.
- Receive and complete assigned work orders thoroughly and in a timely manner to ensure service standards are met.
- Responsible for managing resident requests and engaging in proper follow-up to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Deliver excellent customer service to develop long-term relationships with our valued residents.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance for all building equipment including but not limited to boilers, HVAC, general plumbing systems, and minor electrical including plugs, switches, and lights.
- Work independently to complete minor renovations including painting, drywall, mudding, and taping.
- Perform routine repairs such as exterior door adjustments, hinges, and locks.
- Have a safety-first attitude by completing all requested training by deadline and focus on maintaining a clean and safe job site and the ability to identify risks and hazards.
- Deliver and remove materials and appliances, assisting with installation and disposal of any other unneeded materials as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Be available for scheduled On Call and respond to emergencies as required.
- Other duties as required.
**WHAT WILL YOU NEED?**
- A technology-savvy skillset with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time via mobile phone.
- Pest control license is an asset but not required, we will train and cover costs associated with obtaining.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet Resident needs.
- Ability to lift upwards of 50 lbs.
- A valid driver's license, clean driver’s abstract, and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Mandatory requirement to be clean shaven to wear a respirator as required.
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours and be part of the On Call Rotation.
- Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
