**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to AD Supervisor, work closely with Supply Chain Coordinator & Customer Service
- Filing customer orders, ensuring their quality and count of inventory is accurate
- Locating Items in warehouse and preparing them for shipping
- Completing shipping documents such as bill of ladings and packing slips
- Assembling and packing goods and affixing shipping information
- Following weekly schedule and working with team to ensure everything needed ships
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyances
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods
- Unpack, code and route goods to appropriate storage areas
- Maintain internal, manual or computerized record-keeping systems --- learn visual ERP/MRP
- May operate forklift, crane, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods
- Lead warehouse workers to ensure goods are packed, labeled and stored properly
- Schedule local shipments
- Report any damaged stock or equipment to supervisor
- Coordinate collections and deliveries from transportation carriers
- Maintain clean and organized work environment

**Experience**:
Three to five years minimum shipping/receiving experience required. Forklift experience required.

**Technical Skills/Competence**:

- Must have good command of English, written & oral
- Working knowledge of OHSA regulations
- Ability to multitask, work in s fast-paced environment, process jobs at the last minute, and meet weekly deadlines all while maintaining a professional attitude
- Ability to interface with an ERP system (ERP experience an asset)
- Excellent time management, flexibility and organizational skills are necessary
- A strong team player who works well with others
- Attention to detail with a passion for learning and professional growth
- Experience in manufacturing is ideal but not a necessity
- Must have a working knowledge of computerized shipping software and Windows Office programs such as Outlook, Explorer, Excel and Word. Courier tracking systems and Inventory Software programs.

**Education**:
Formalized and recognized post-secondary education or apprenticeship with specialization in Logistics or Warehouse Management resulting in a certificate or diploma an asset
