**ACCOUNTABILITY OBJECTIVE**

Under the direction of the Life Enrichment Manager is responsible to assist in the implementation of Life Enrichment programs to enhance the physical, cultural, social, spiritual, intellectual and emotional well-being of the residents.

**BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum Grade 12 education. Experience and/or training working with Older Adults is essential.
- Must be proficient in the use of technology.
- Must have the Smart Serve Certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to communicate both orally and written in English.
- Due to the fluid nature of our department needs to demonstrate the need to be flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implements recreation programs for the residents.
- Promotes resident awareness and participation in leisure and recreation programs.
- Assists in planning, organizing, and developing special events.
- Keeps inventory of supplies and materials as needed for programs under the direction of the Life Enrichment Manager.
- Complies with all relevant corporate policies and procedures.
- Completes all requires annual mandatory training/education.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
