Sales Representative

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for our paper packaging products within a defined region assigned to you. You will be in charge of B2B sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets based on commissions. You will work independently while collaborating with internal teams to support the company’s business strategy and maximize sales growth.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Actively prospect new clients in the Greater Toronto area, Ontario and Western Canada;
- Present, promote, and sell the company’s products and services convincingly;
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by following personalized business development plans;
- Implement Lead Nurturing strategies (automated sequences) to guide prospects throughout their buying journey;
- Utilize and manage CRM platforms (HubSpot, Dynamics 365) to track opportunities and sales performance;
- Analyze CRM data to adjust sales actions and strategies;
- Prepare quotes for new clients and respond to new requests from existing clients;
- Lead generation, manage its sales funnel. ;
- Perform other sales-related tasks and manage client relationships.
**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a DEC in Business Management, or any other relevant sales or management-related education;
- Proficiency in English is essential to interact with a diverse clientele;
- French language skills are an asset;
- Previous experience in sales or customer service;
- Experience in the paper packaging industry (an asset);
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage objections;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients;
- High level of autonomy and ability to work without direct supervision;
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet sales targets under pressure;
- Comfortable working with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**WORKING CONDITIONS
- Remote position, based in the Greater Toronto area, Ontario and Western Canada;
- Flexible hours, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week;
- Commission-based compensation, with earning potential based on sales performance;
