**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate guest records.
- Balance the transaction for the day before closing the night audit
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing effective phone etiquette to assist guests with reservations or inquiries.
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Process payments and manage cash handling accurately.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing various tasks effectively.
