Seeking Embroidery Machine Operator

Who we are: We are a leading screen printing and embroidery company who works with clothing lines, artists & illustrators, promotion companies and anyone who want stuff printed on things you wear or hang on a wall. We are Montreal grown, independent owned and operating past twelve years and just opened a brand new facility.

After years of out-sourcing our embroidery we are now ready to bring it back in-house.

In the position of Embroidery Operator you will be operating Tajima 4 head Embroidery machine, and soon an 8 head Tajima Embroidery machine.

We're looking for an experienced operator only, someone who can work independently, maintain the machines, diagnose issues and fix them, and can produce at a high rate,

Speed, consistency and quality are paramount for this job. You will bring with you a minimum of 5 years experience working on a a Tajima machine.

Specific qualities we are seeking. Able to perform repetitive tasks and has attention to fine detail. Works in order of priority and is well organized. A worker who seeks out work and keeps busy and takes pride in his or her work space.

Punctuality is non-negotiable as is an open minded positive attitude.

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
