**About Us**: Best Brains Learning Center, established in 2011, has grown from 2 centers to over 170 locations across 3 countries. Our mission is to help children realize their true potential by equipping them with the tools needed for success in school and life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clerical and administrative support for the Best Brains Learning Center.
- Manage office phone calls and communications throughout the day.
- Contribute to quality service delivery and achievement of program goals in line with the mission and policies of Best Brains Greenfield Park.
- Support the Manager with administrative tasks, schedule students, maintain book inventory, and handle communications with parents.
- Address administrative issues involving parents, children, and teachers.
- Maintain attendance lists and other program materials for daily tracking of children’s attendance and ratios.
- Explain programs to parents and assist with the enrollment and registration of new students.
- Process service fees and maintain a spreadsheet of account balances for parents.

**Qualifications**:

- Community college diploma in office management, advanced secretarial, and/or business management (equivalency considered).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Teaching experience is a plus.
- Experience in a multicultural environment.
- Positive attitude and professional manner at all times.

**Work Hours**:

- Tuesdays: 4:30 PM - 7:40 PM
- Thursdays: 4:30 PM - 7:40 PM
- Saturdays: 9:30 AM - 12:40 PM

**Requirements**:

- Ability to commute/relocate to Greenfield Park (reliable commute, car with a driver's license preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- 1 year of retail management experience (preferred).
