Bilingual Sales Coordinator

Winpak Division is seeking a **Bilingual Sales Coordinator** to join their Customer Service team with an anticipated start date of January 20th, 2025. In this role, you will be the key link between sales representatives, customers, distributors, and internal teams through coordination of customer requests, order management and providing clear communication between all parties. If you are an organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we want you to be a part of our team. **Key Responsibilities** - Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer and sales representative inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates. - Process and manage sales orders requirements, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers. - Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure order fulfillment and track shipments. - Communicate with internal departments to relay customer specifications, order details, and customer feedback. - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain appropriate stock levels and production orders. - Generate reports, forecasts, and metrics to track progress against department goals and expected turnaround times. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department. **Required Qualifications** - Bilingual in English and French - 3+ years of experience in customer service or sales support position - 3+ years of experience proficiently using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). - 3+ years of experience in a role that required exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. - 1+ years of experience in a role that required you to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment. - 1+ years of experience with data entry that required a high level of attention to detail for accurate documentation **Preferred Qualifications** - Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related field. - Experience in sales order processing and logistics coordination. - Familiarity with ERP systems or other order management software. - Knowledge of ISO 9001 and SQF standards is a plus. - Experience in manufacturing or production environments. **Additional Information**: - This position is full-time onsite and based in Murray Industrial Park in Winnipeg, MB. - There is limited bus service to this location. **What we offer**: "It's our nature to protect" reflects Winpak's commitment to protecting both our employees and the environment.
