**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**

You will mainly be overseeing youth programming as well as supporting our existing staff, compliment in organizing and planning events, as well as being involved in preparation, feeding, cleaning and grooming. Other duties as assigned by the management team.

**Preferred requirements but not necessary**
- Experience in kids camp leadership and supervising roles
- Confident leadership and communication skills
- Great organization
- Experience working with horses
- Creative thinking (ability to plan and implement fun and engaging activities for the children)
- Passion for educating and motivating participants through various activities

**Job Type**

Full-time, Fixed term contract
337.5 hours with possible extension - however compensation maybe adjusted at the conclusion of (337.5 hour) period from the confirmed start date.

**Salary**

$18.00 per hour for 37.5 hours per week.

**Schedule**
- 7.5 hour per day however this workday may shift but may vary.
- Weekend availability on occasion.
- 1 week of unpaid vacation (5 business days or 37.5 hours) for duration of this 9-week contract.

**Safety**
- Orientation on all equipment will be provided to staff prior to using - ie: lawn mower, weed eater etc.
- Employee should wear appropriate safety equipment for their task - ie: steel toed work boots, safety glasses and hearing protection.
- Employee has the obligation to report any unsafe site concerns, work or equipment that may require professional repair to the our Maintenance Personal and Management.
