**About the Role**

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking **Material Handler** to join our production and warehouse team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly — from moving and prepping materials to supporting production and shipping teams. If you’re someone who takes pride in staying organized and working efficiently, you’ll fit right in.

**What You’ll Be Doing...**

**Material Movement & Logistics**
- Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment
- Safely transport materials to and from production areas
- Ensure materials are secured for safe storage and handling

**Inventory & Organization**
- Help with cycle counts and inventory tracking
- Label and organize stock accurately
- Keep material and storage areas neat and efficient

**Shipping & Receiving**
- Inspect incoming deliveries and report issues
- Prepare outgoing materials for shipment

**Production Support**
- Prep raw materials according to job specs
- Cut, sort, and bundle materials as needed
- Perform quality checks before materials head to the production floor

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with production staff to meet material demands
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

**What You Bring...**

**Must-Haves**:

- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
- Valid forklift certification
- Basic computer skills

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Strong attention to detail and good organizational habits
