**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties.
- Assemble furniture and install appliances as needed.
- Handle carpentry tasks including door repairs, window installations, and drywall patching.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and organized after completing tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Maintain an inventory of tools and materials required for various jobs.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in basic carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
