APPRENTICE TECHNICIAN

Midway Mazda is searching for an experienced automotive apprentice technician.

Midway Mazda has been proudly serving the South Surrey and White Rock area for over 25 years as a family owned business. We are looking to add another person to our fantastic team of automotive professionals.

Mazda is an innovative, growing brand with impeccable engineering and quality. Mazda has many interesting new technologies in development and expected to arrive at dealerships shortly. These include a Battery EV in stock now, a Plug in Hybrid with rotary range extender, and an inline 6 powertrain with a possible hybrid option.
- At least 2-3 years of professional auto repair experience.
- Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs with mínimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of current automotive diagnostics and various vehicle subsystems.
- A strong desire to learn and grow his or her professional skill set, and an eagerness to take on new challenges.
- A customer first attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
- A valid bc driver's licence and favourable driver's abstract.
- Availability to work Saturdays
