**Scotia Hyundai**, part of the **Allen Auto Group**, is a customer-focused automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of integrity. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized **Warranty Coordinator** to join our Team.
Position Summary:
The **Warranty Coordinator** is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies. This role works closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturer representatives to maximize warranty recovery and maintain strong relationships with our OEM partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, submit, and track all warranty claims to manufacturers in a timely manner.
- Verify that warranty documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with OEM requirements.
- Communicate with service department staff to ensure all repair orders meet warranty standards.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve rejected or denied claims.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of manufacturer policies, bulletins, and warranty procedures.
- Keep accurate warranty records and file all claims-related documentation.
- Assist with internal warranty audits and reporting as required.
- Provide warranty-related training or guidance to service advisors and technicians when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warranty administration within an automotive dealership (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines and processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with dealership management software (e.g., PBS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
