Do you have a passion for customer service? We’re looking to add to our busy Retail Grocery Store to provide exceptional customer service, a prompt welcoming and lasting impression, maintain a cooperative and positive attitude, someone who is self-motivated, friendly and can anticipate customer transition from the flow in the store in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Grocery Store Associates to become an integral part of our team You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills

Must be able to work weekends and Holidays.

Applicants must be a minimum age of **18 years** for the sale of beverage alcohol.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-40 per week

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
