Role Summary: *

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide first class customer experience with each and every interaction (35%)
- Act as the advanced technical contact, deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving solutions for corporate customers including, issues escalated to the highest level of management (20%)
- Support installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on multiple platforms (5%)
- Support and maintain client computing OS and hardware (10%)
- Document all work completed and updates in the incident management system (5%)
- Maintain technical knowledge in the industry with internal/external training by supplemental training to improve performance and develop specialization. (5%)
- Create and maintaining technical documentation as it pertains to the end user computing environment (5%)
- Provide assistance with the installation & maintenance of the VCI telephone system (5%)
- Maintain inventory of all client hardware and productivity software (5%)
- Facilitate the return of all off-lease equipment per leasing schedules (5%)

**Qualifications**
**Experience**:
**Required**
- 3+ years’ experience in Information Technology field supporting the installation, configuration and support of end user PC & Mac hardware
- 2+ years’ experience in supporting Office 365, cloud-based systems and mobile device environment

**Education**:
**Required**
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

**Desired**
- Bachelor’s degree

**General Skills**:

- Windows PC Operating System (Windows 10) / Desktop administration
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Office 365 Suite and subscription plans
- Support of Apple devices (iPhones & iPads) & Android devices
- Macintosh Hardware and Operating System
- JAMF Pro Mac Device Management Platform
- Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Active Directory & Azure Active Directory
- Microsoft InTune
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile (DevOps/SCRUM) methodologies

**Specialized Skills**:

- CompTIA A+ OR ITIL Foundation
- MCSA: Universal Windows Platform

**Desired** -*
