**Job Summary**

The Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the financial management and reporting of the organization. This includes managing budgets, financial planning, record-keeping, and financial risk management. The Treasurer ensures compliance with financial regulations and provides strategic guidance on fiscal matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Dealing with all kinds of cash collection and payment, expense reimbursement

1.and bank settlement in strict accordance to the company's financial regulation.

2. Managing all cash in hand and various notes.

3. Handle bank account opening, cancellation, and other related tasks.

4. Making the daily check of cash in hand, and preparing cash counting sheet.

5. Prepare and execute funding plans.

6. Organize and bind vouchers into volumes, and manage financial archives.

7. Assisting the company with audit and inspection.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is an advantage.
