Five Roads Brewing is part of Langley's growing craft beer scene, offering tasty craft beer and local food offerings in a casual dining environment.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, personable, and passionate about craft beer and the craft beer industry to join our team as a Part Time Tasting Room server.

Responsibilities Include:

- Responsible alcohol & food service
- Greeting, serving, and engaging with customers to create a positive, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout all service areas by assisting with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices
- Extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, and the ability to execute food and drink orders in a timely manner
- Ensuring food and drink quality is as per organizational standards
- Communicating all current promotions and specials to guests
- Handling cash and credit card transactions in a professional and timely manner

What you bring to the table:

- The ability to take initiative and work well both individually and as part of a team.
- A passion for the industry and a thirst for knowledge about craft beer.
- Previous bartending/serving/restaurant experience is considered a major asset.
- Excellent customer service skills, written, and verbal communication skills are a requirement. We are looking for people who go out of their way to engage with customers and go above and beyond when creating a memorable experience for our guests.
- The ability to multi-task and take on multiple jobs/duties at the same time.
- Requires continual standing and walking.
- Requires lifting of up to 25Kg
- Must be available weekday afternoons, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Must have valid Serving It Right
Valid FoodSafe and First Aid are considered an asset but are not required
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week with opportunity for more. Hours may vary each week.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.85-$17.86 per hour
