With our program, you will be able to increase your confidence working with guests in a salon environment. You will be able to hone the fundamental skills and techniques you learned during hair school. The program is a minimum of 10 months, and we help keep you motivated to complete the program in a timely manner by setting goals and deadlines. There are 4 terms to the Advanced Apprenticeship Program. Each term includes a class, followed by model time Term 1: Styling + Culture, Term 2: Cutting, Term 3: Colour, Term 4: Advanced.
Each term can be paid in full or paid through payback letters that will come out of your paycheque. Here at Zazou Salon and Academy you are able to fine tune your skills as a stylist while getting paid hands on work experience in the salon.
**We need**
- An individual who is capable of taking feedback and learning from it Zazou Salon and Academy needs a motivated individual who isn't content with sitting still. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, and that is exactly the kind of energy we need

- Someone who truly cares about the environment We are the first Carbon Neutral Salon in Metro Vancouver, and we recycle 97% of our waste

- Model work is mandatory We do have a list of clients that are open to be models for Academy, but it is still your responsibility to have at least 1 or 2 models every class. We want to make sure that you use your Academy time wisely
**Requirements**: Accredited Hair School Certificate + Must be able to work mornings/evenings/weekends
