**Server Assistant - Andonis Vancouver**

**Overview**:
Andonis Vancouver is hiring a dedicated and energetic **Server Assistant** to support our service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment, perfect for individuals who are friendly, hard-working, and eager to grow in hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cheerfully greet and engage with guests, helping to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Assist servers with food and beverage delivery, guest requests, and table service
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth service flow
- Refill water, deliver bread, and anticipate guest needs throughout their meal
- Polish glassware, cutlery, and restock napkins and server stations
- Support the bar and kitchen teams by running food, drinks, and communicating guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas
- Manage stress effectively during peak hours and remain calm and focused
- Work as a reliable team player to ensure high-quality service across all shifts

**Qualifications**:

- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Outgoing, positive attitude with a genuine desire to support both guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must be physically able to stand for long hours, lift trays, and bus tables
- Availability for evenings and weekends is required

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 24 per week
