Security Building Supplies in Regina, Saskatchewan has an opportunity for a Yard Worker to join our team. This person will report to the Operations Manager.

**Duties**:

- Look after contractors and helping customers find product, load/unload vehicles.
- Work safely and abide by OH&S standards/requirements.
- Load and unload shipments on our outbound and inbound delivery trucks.
- Unload transport trucks with product for the store and yard.
- Use proper material handling techniques to ensure mínimal damage to yard inventory.
- Maintain yard areas ensuring they are kept organized and clean of all garbage.
- Must be available to work the Saturdays and overtime when required.
- Ability to work as part of a team and keep pace in a busy environment.
- Ensure all products leaving the yard have been invoiced.
- Be able to work in the yard during adverse weather conditions.
- Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Own steel toed boots
- Knowledge and experience in shipping and receiving would be beneficial
- Forklift certification would be an asset but willing to train right person.
- Become knowledgeable about all products stored in the yard.
- Be physically fit and able to lift large, heavy and bulky objects up to 80lbs without struggle.
- 5A license required but 3A would be an additional asset.
- High attention to detail in all areas of work.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $12.86 per hour
