**Job Description**:
As a Coding Instructor, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.

(a). Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, teaching process and teaching planning.

(b). Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (Teaching, Training and Developing), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and teaching functions.

(c). Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

(d). Develop new STEM programs and implement current RoboEDU Richmond programs.

(e). Regular meetings with Principal/Director around fiscal planning.

(f). Teaching Coding class.

(g). Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, BC
