Golfshape Development Inc. specializes in golf course construction and renovation as well as landscaping services.

We are looking for hard-working, reliable individuals who enjoy physical work, outdoors. This position will include (but is not limited to) earthworks such as removing and adding topsoil, mulch and gravel, garden clean up, creation, plantings, and laying patio and walkway pavers/stone.

**Duties**:
Perform manual labour and equipment operation duties for high-end landscaping in the Thornbury / Blue Mountains / Meaford area and golf course construction projects as needed. Additional travel may be required.

**Requirements**:

- Operate various tools, small engine equipment and vehicles including: mowers, trimmers, etc.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to complete demanding outdoor work with tight deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills and have a positive and respectful attitude.
- Must have valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract and reliable transportation.
- Safety boots and gloves are required.
- Landscape and/or golf course construction experience is an asset, but not required.
- Punctual and available to work weekends and holidays if required.
- May be required to complete other tasks as needed.

Pay rate will be based upon experience. Starting at $19 - $22 / hour.
