A Bread Affair is looking for someone to join our bakery as the **Bakery Production Supervisor**. You would work with a group of 15 team members within our baking team A solid bun-derstanding of teamwork and being able to rise to the occasion is a must.

This role ensures production is running smoothly to meet customer and client demands. It’s a fast-paced environment that requires initiative and organizational abilities. The typical schedule for this role starts between 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm and ends between 9:00 pm - 11:30 pm and requires weekend availability, as the bakery is running 7 days a week.

Responsibilities for this role:

- Working on the floor in production
- Quality assurance
- Training
- Inventory management
- Health and Safety
- Scheduling and ensuring shifts are covered
- Payroll/Time Keeping

**Skill Requirement**
- Strong leadership skills
- Intermediate to exceptional MS Office skills
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a Team Lead role (required)
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a bakery (preferred)
- Experience with scheduling and timekeeping is an asset
- Precise attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and delegation abilities
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary verbal and written communication - English
- **Due to our location and the average end time of this position, having an alternate means of transportation is ideal. We are not located in a BC Public Transit friendly spot for that time of day**_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
