Conavi Medical’s Novasight Hybrid System enables simultaneous imaging of coronary arteries with both intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) and Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT).

If you would like to be a part of our growing and talented team that is making a difference in healthcare, we are currently looking for a **Service Repair Technician** to provide first-line technical support for Conavi's medical devices at hospitals around North America.

In this position, you will:

- Perform in-house or field equipment evaluation, repair, and QC/verification according to standardized policies and procedures within Conavi specified Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ensuring that the system is fully functional and ready for clinical use
- Analyze or isolate the root cause of issues, prepare repair estimates, communicate with customers on repair items and initiate/follow up on product/loaner returns
- Follow service workflows thoroughly to resolve system non-conformances
- Record technical observations for Conavi ensuring accurate details on product performance for the purposes of technical issue resolution, product development, and/or managing adverse events
- Document issues and determine corrections/corrective actions, complete documentation/reports per service procedures and in accordance with Conavi's Quality Management System
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Conavi technology and the impact on intravascular imaging
- Participate, and adhere, to health & safety initiatives and requirements
- Ability to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism when dealing with customers

You possess the following qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in engineering with electronics or biomedical highly preferred
- Experience in a repair position working with both hardware and software
- Familiarity with Ultrasound and/or Optical systems is an asset
- Proven skills in working with equipment such as multimieters, hand, and power tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Ability to successfully meet hospital credentialing requirements including criminal background checks, drug test and vaccination requirements
- Ability to engage in travel to sites in North America including holding a valid passport and any necessary government authorizations
- Must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and adequate driving record
- Key competencies include time-management, problem-solving, collaboration, accountability, prioritization and communication
- An unwavering willingness to delight the customer and ensure their satisfaction with Conavi devices
- Ability to behave calmly and successfully perform the job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
