Here at DashVapes, we pride ourselves on our customer service and strongly believe we are here to change people's lives for the better. Finding an alternative to smoking is a hard task and can often be extremely difficult for the customer. With that being said, we take it upon ourselves to be that support system and to create a safe learning environment for everyone.

We are looking for a person who is proud to be the face of DashVapes and can become the foundation of support for our customers while upholding our culture, our beliefs, and our business objectives.

**Responsibilities / Qualifications / Requirements**:
**Must Be 19+ Years Old**
- Intermediate / Advanced Vaping/E-Cigarette knowledge is a must.
- Ensure proper merchandise presentation.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions
- Keep a sense of urgency
- Ability to keep your personal life separate from work
- Professionalism and personable manner.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to deal with ambiguity
- Able to work well with others in a team environment
- Greet and respond to all customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Operate the cash register in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean work area at all times.
- Provide great customer service and assistance with product selection.
- Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
- Familiarity with computers and data/web searches
- Must be able to work a flexible shift: Evenings and weekends
- Embody our company culture
- Able to give and receive constructive or positive feedback
- A high school education or equivalent
- 1-year minimum retail experience is a plus

**Other**:

- Invitation to company benefits program (vision, dental, drug, and medical) after 3-month probationary period concludes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Retail Associates & Cashiers: 1 year (preferred)
- vaping: 1 year (required)
