In this role, you will work to make a difference in the lives of tenants living at Mathias Place and other community facilities.
- Provide tenants with primary case management and community resources
- Services to tenants include assessment & planning
- Provide crisis prevention and intervention and supportive counseling
- Demonstrate commitment to the Good Shepherd mission values of Hospitality, Responsibility, Availability, Adaptability, Quality and Dignity

**Qualifications**
- Primary case management and community development skills acquired through a post-secondary education in social or health services
- Three years’ experience in mental health, and concurrent disorders is required as well as a 'recovery orientation' and 'consumer driven' style of practice
- Additional skills required are the ability to work independently and think creatively
- Ability to speak French and/or other languages considered an asset
- CPR certification or willingness to be certified is required
- Adhere to working and operating within an anti-racism and anti-oppression framework
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and other shifts if on relief schedule
