Oiseau Bleu at Motel Chelsea is part of an exciting property that is a boutique art motel, a gastropub that focuses on global flavours and local producers, a fine food and gift shop that encompasses our large heat-at-home line (Hibou Chez Vous) which originated in our first location, Cafe Le Hibou in Wakefield, and a robust event schedule of live music, comedy, drag shows, and more. We are just 19 minutes from Parliament Hill. The restaurant does fun global dishes and delicious classics done well, capitalizing on the abundance of great local farms.

As Lead Line Cook, you will be working under the direction of Executive Chef, Kevin Rickey as well as the Sous Chef.

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and obtain necessary certifications.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
