**Responsibilities**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Restore and maintain surfaces to ensure longevity and visual appeal.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other construction professionals to ensure quality results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Manage time effectively to complete projects within specified deadlines.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in commercial and industrial painting is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and painting equipment is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction painting techniques and materials.
- Ability to read schematics and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as required.
