- **Key Job Responsibilities**:_
**Fleet Sales & Account Management**:
- Manage all aspects of fleet transactions, from client engagement to delivery and follow-up.
- Maintain and grow existing fleet relationships with local businesses, rental companies, government agencies, and commercial clients.
- Ensure all fleet sales align with OEM guidelines and incentive programs for Hyundai, Genesis, and Nissan.
- Track and report on fleet performance metrics, pending deals, and business development activity.
- Coordinate internally with finance, service, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations.
**Fleet Prospecting & Business Development**:
- Build a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-up.
- Conduct on-site presentations and vehicle demos tailored to the needs of commercial clients.
- Participate in local trade shows, chamber events, and community networking to promote fleet offerings.
**Retail Sales Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist walk-in, phone, and online retail customers with a professional, consultative approach.
- Conduct product presentations, test drives, and needs assessments for retail clients.
- Stay up to date on vehicle inventory, specifications, OEM programs, and pricing.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial interest to financing and delivery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and CSI scores.
**Administrative & Follow-Up Duties**:
- Accurately complete deal jackets, vehicle documentation, and compliance paperwork for both fleet and retail sales.
- Use CRM tools to maintain client records, follow-up activities, and sales tracking.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of OEM product updates, incentives, and dealership promotions.
- **Qualifications**:_
- 3+ years of experience in **automotive sales** (retail, fleet, or B2B).
- Proven ability to cold prospect and close new business, especially in fleet or commercial accounts.
- Strong product knowledge of Hyundai, Genesis, and Nissan vehicles preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities across fleet and retail customer bases.
